Refund policy
Exchanges
Purchased the wrong size? The fastest way to ensure you get the correct size, is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted a refund will be made. Then make a separate purchase for the new item. We do help facilitate exchanges if that is preferred.
Returns
Klein Goods accept returns within 30 days of receiving the package, if the item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and tags in tact where applicable.
Reasons for returns that are accepted:
- Faulty or damaged product
- Different item or size was shipped than ordered
- Item doesn't fit correctly
- Change of mind
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@kleingoods.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be posted on your own expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
